Bidam Soolla : Rooftop brunch cafe with a view of Changdeokgung Palace

 

 

Hello! This is Bidam.

These days, as the weather is getting warmer after the winter,
I'd like to introduce you to a rooftop cafe perfect for outings, "Bidam Soolla".

You can find Bidam Soolla right in front of Donhwamun of Changdeokgung Palace.

We have a refreshing Burrata cheese tomato salad with pickled cherry tomatoes.

This is Bidam grill plate.
It's a hearty meal recommendation with bacon-wrapped sausages, grilled vegetables, sweet pumpkin, and fried egg.
The bread served on the grill plate is freshly baked salt butter roll(sogeumbbang) from the store.

 

Make a choice from five types of focaccia baked directly in the store and two types of soups also made in the store.
We have a set menu which you can pick one of each to enjoy.

The focaccia in the picture is 'Honey Sweet Potato Focaccia' topped with plenty of sweet potato mousse,
and the soup is 'Truffle Mushroom Cream Soup'.
